Heron Cottage Apartment B - Beach Access

Apartment B is located on the first floor. The living room has comfortable seating and a TV that has all streaming apps available. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dining table that comfortably seats four and looks out onto your own outdoor patio.

There are two bedrooms and each has a queen size bed and closet. The bathroom has a tub/shower.

You are a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to kayaking, fishing, biking. The historic downtown area is a 10 minute drive from the unit where you will find plenty of good restaurants and shopping.

Unit B features its own outdoor patio accessible through sliding doors.

There is a designated parking spot that allows for ONE CAR only. Double parking is not allowed.

There is excellent wireless high speed internet available.

There is a shared laundry room located at the back of the house.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
